What is the Birthplace of Rt. 66 Festival?

It is a two-day fall outdoor festival takes place Aug. 8-9, 2025 in Springfield, Missouri. It is one of the largest Rt. 66 festivals in the country features hundreds of classic cars, live music, food vendors, artists, authors, and Rt. 66 memorabilia. It takes place on the Motor Mile - on historic Rt. 66 from the Convention & Visitors office on St. Louis Street west to Jubilee Park on to Park Central Square and ending at Campbell Ave.

What is the Route 66 Rendezvous hosted by the Rotary Clubs of Springfield?

It is a one-day event that takes place within the overall Birthplace of Route 66 Festival which started in 2023. In 2025, the event will take place on Saturday, August 9 and is located on Kimbourgh Avenue between Trafficway St. and E St. Louis St.
